Community Rules

DRAFT. Not legal advice. Last updated: [DATE TBD].

Loudroll is game night. Be the kind of player people want back at the table.

  1. Be kind. No harassment, bullying, threats or pile-ons. Play the character, not the person behind the character.
  2. No hate. No slurs, and no content that attacks people for who they are (race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, nationality, age).
  3. No sexual content involving minors. Ever. This is blocked for every table and cannot be switched off. We report it where the law requires.
  4. Keep it inside the table's rating. The host sets the tone, "lines" (things that never appear) and "veils" (things that fade to black). Respect them. Adults only, 18+.
  5. Real people are off limits. No doxxing, no private details, no sexual or humiliating content about a real person, and no characters based on a real person who has not agreed. See the resident policy.
  6. Be honest with the host. No cheating the dice, hacking, or tricking the AI to break the table's rules or the host's trust.
  7. No spam, scams or advertising. No malware, no mass invites, no fake giveaways.
  8. Use the safety tools. Anyone can pause the table (X-card) without explaining. Hosts can mute, kick, ban, and admit or deny join requests.
  9. No illegal content or activity, and nothing that breaks the host's AI provider's usage policy.

How it works. The host is the first moderator of their table. Report to the host first. For anything serious, or if the host is the problem, email [EMAIL TBD]. We may warn, mute, remove or ban people, and may suspend a table or account. Repeat or severe violations mean a permanent ban. [DECISION: appeals process.]

The AI is not perfect. If it writes something that crosses these lines, pause the table and tell the host.
